The governing bodies of the School are the Head, the Deputy Head, and the School Assembly, which is composed of representatives of academic staff at all ranks, of the various categories of personnel, and of students. The Assembly meets under the responsibility of the Head and takes decisions on matters relating to the educational, research and administrative activity of the School.

The AUTH School of Agriculture has seven Divisions. Each Division encompasses the laboratories and study rooms relevant to its academic subject area. Each Division is governed by its Director and its General Assembly, while its respective Director administers each Laboratory.
