The electronic services listed below cover nearly all of a student’s administrative needs, from registration to graduation. Most require logging in with an AUTh academic account.

New Student Registration

The electronic registration platform for newly admitted AUTh students. Initial registration is completed through this platform, and access credentials for the University’s services are issued.

Academic ID Card

The Academic ID Card (πάσο) is issued electronically through the Ministry of Education’s platform and provides discounts on transport, cultural venues and other services.

Student Information System (SIS)

The Student Information System (SIS) is the central platform for managing academic matters: course registration, grades, issuing certificates and other administrative procedures.

Digital Governance Unit (DGU)

The Digital Governance Unit is responsible for AUTh’s technological infrastructure. It provides academic email, VPN, wireless network (eduroam), storage space and software services for students.

AUTH Course Catalogue

The electronic Course Catalogue contains detailed information on all courses, programmes of study and graduation requirements for all AUTh Schools.

Textbooks – Eudoxus

The national platform for distributing academic textbooks. Students select online the textbooks they are entitled to receive free of charge each semester.

AUTh e-Learning Platform

This service is provided to AUTh members through the elearning.auth.gr platform, a complete e-learning management system built on the open-source software Moodle.

Student Housing Allowance

Students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the housing allowance through the Ministry of Education’s electronic portal.
